PrimoMD will supply you a bill as an "out-of-network" provider for your "sick" visit.  You will need to submit a form to your insurance company if you want to be reimbursed per your insurance policy.  At the end of your visit you will be responsible for full payment with a credit card or debit card.  You are charged the self-pay rate but get back around 50%-80% of the cost of the visit from your insurance provider, if your insurance allows your "out-of-network" visit and you have met your deductible.
